RCB gave a decent effort, in fairness.

All 9 games this round ending in a draw. Not sure Rex gets fulls points for this one though, it was obviously the Kookaburra ball's utterly misguided usage that caused this. See Matty Potts bowling an innings of 106-0 and then scoring 149*. Matty Chuffing Potts.

Send Sam Cook on the next tour to Oz though, why not? The only bowler (not including all-rounders having a lucky one, sorry Cam Steel) to emerge from these two rounds with any credit.

I didn't factor in substandard balls, I just assumed it would continue to piss it down for the next few weeks.

I don't dabble much in the No Context thread, but I'm sure somebody else will pick up on that.

Sunrisers vs RCB this afternoon, wonder what the odds are of the first 300+ score in the IPL.

Hell of a chase by Punjab Kings to score 262 with 8 balls to spare. Particularly if you remove Narine's 4 overs that only went for 24. That's 238 from only 88 balls.

OK, I'm starting to agree with Balla on the IPL. Sunrisers have just knocked off 165 in less than 10 overs. There is no competition between bat and ball.
