We're only ever 2 wickets away from a collapse, we've no chance.

Rory, mate. You had two days to chase down just over 250 runs. Why play that shot?

One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

I have Eng/SA on one screen, and the Big Bash on another.

Rashid Khan just had someone absolutely plumb LBW, and this happens:

Stump mic picks up the umpire saying "I've not given it out" and also "I changed my mind"   batsman was literally walking off.

One day I'd love this test team to prove me wrong.

Burns has injured his ankle playing football and misses this Test. Hopefully Crawley comes in.

Going to be a massive morning for England with Burns being out and deciding to bat first. Bess in as well as Pope so a pretty inexperienced side (though I'm personally glad to see that change for Bairstow). Fingers crossed the openers can get a partnership going.

The absolute state of this poll. The leader isn't actually too bad, but Keaton Jennings over... well, anyone in spicy conditions?

Not sure England need 32 from 28 balls at this point Jos.

Well, they got 29 from 27. That's a very Jos Buttler innings.

Joked to myself that as it's been a few hours into the fourth day of the current Aus/NZ test that NZ have probably been bowled out already. Turns out I was right.

Why do they suck so bad in Australia?

Burns and Sibley are looking a reasonable opening pair who might give us a start on a regular basis. All we need now is a new Trott and we're set.

Denly, whilst not posting big scores, has actually been pretty good in the last 10 Tests or so. Always seems to get in, just keeps getting out. Also bats very patiently.
