Since there are reports of massive leaks and spoilers being out there for Endgame I've decided to post this thread earlier than I'd originally planned.
This thread is where people who want to talk about the leaks, or (once it's out) the movie without worrying about spoiling it for other people can do so.

Naturally if you want to avoid spoilers, you are in the wrong thread and you should leave now. If you stay you accept that you will see spoilers for Avengers: Endgame in open conversation (i.e NO SPOILER BOXES).

Why not pop into the general MCU thread, where you can have a (Hopefully) spoiler free discussion?

I repeat...

SPOILERS AHEAD!

And with that I shall see you all in here once I've seen the movie on Thursday 26th!

Saw it last night but I won't post anything yet I suppose.

Definitely give it a dabbing hulk/10 though

I've had a good amount of it spoiled but I'm not too fussed. It's only the next star wars that I truly want to see spoiler free.

Some spoiler free reviews are ridiculous for End Game. Say it's spoiler free then suggest it's very like a specific film, which is in itself a spoiler. Plus mentioning characters that has not been in the trailer etc.

Glad I'm seeing it tomorrow before the internet ruins everything.

Wish my image sig would work

Avengers Endgame 8/10 initial feelings and some incoherent rambling after getting home; nearly every character over the 10 years got a call out or cameo in some shape or form, great fan service.

Thought Thor again was the MVP be it in action or comedy lines and the whole beer belly down on the English coast was fantastic. Wonder if some of his scenes with his Mum were filmed near me down at Durham Cathedral.

Weirdly wanted Hawkeye to die at the beginning but felt he redeemed his gooseberry fool archer persona by becoming stealth assassin ninja.

The time travel scenarios weren’t as good as I thought they’d be and I was thoroughly disappointed by the use of Hulk in this film apart from one or two comedy moments.

I was also a bit disappointed by the deaths I predicted the people who did die to die but they were sort of the favourites and I hoped there would be more! Not many shocks to be honest.

I think Scarlett dying was down to the fact Marvel left it too late to produce a stand alone Black Widow movie and after seeing Captain Marvel would anyone be bothered in seeing a superhero film where her superpower is using a gun and martial arts #boring! It has massive flop written all over it.

Felt as if this film was all about the nuance and friendships of the characters, with the epic battle coming at just the right time. Lots of great moving exchanges.

Gutted there was no end credits or mid credits teaser! Just want a snippet of what’s happening next or any indication of where the Universe is heading, need more!

I absolutely adored it x3000 - especially after being a little bit disappointed with Infinity War (its ending never hit me like it did others as I figured a reset button was around the corner. The way EG preserves that ending, though, with the jump forward was really great).

The return of some characterisation in Endgame versus the non-stop action of IW was welcome, and while the mention of 'time travel' initially had me sceptical I'm mostly on board with how it was justified... even if there could have been another one or two decent BTTF2-style shenanigans going on.

As for the deaths... way less shocking than I expected, and fewer of them too. I'm Team Cap so delighted with his bow out, but I really did think there would be some big twists and it'd be rather brutal in places, but that didn't come to pass. Another one or two would have given it more emotional punch but, heck, I feel that I'm nitpicking there.

No time for longer, more coherent thoughts yet...

It’s strange how much Iron Man’s death affected me. I’ve always been Team Cap too, but I legit teared up when he was reunited with Spidey, again at the funeral seeing his family there, and then I absolutely lost it at the “I love you 3000” line and was just all our crying. Did not expect that to happen to me at all! And the amount of people sniffling in the cinema was hilarious as it wasn’t just me!

Overall I loved the film. I dreamed about it last night and woke up thinking about it and couldn’t get back to sleep.

I’ve never been in a cinema where people cheer or clap before, but when we finally got that moment of Cap with mjolnir, my cinema absolutely lost it. And then again when Pepper turned up to help Tony, everyone went mad then, and finally when Strange and co arrived to the ‘on your left’. The worst thing was, I wanted to join in. I had goosebumps for nearly the whole fight from what I was seeing, the kid in me just absolutely loved it.

I honestly didn't see Nats death coming. I thought how they reached that conclusion via her and Clint's friendly rivalry was a nice touch.

I'm usually quite resevered with my emotions while watching a movie and while I didn't shed any tears at Starks demise, as were some in the theatre, I did cheer and clap my hands with everyone else when Cap took up Thor's hammer. That was great.

Yeah, a really good film and a fitting end.

The half drunk bottle of Irn-Bru on his windowsill tells me they weren’t really on the English coast :slol:

I never used to cry at any movie or TV but have become more sensitive as I’ve got older. I don’t even care about Iron Man, but “I love you 3000” strawberry floating broke me. First time I’ve had a few tears in a cinema!

Great movie though, even if it did turn me into a pussy.

Line of the movie was Korg calling somebody online a dickhead.

Loved Korg, him asking Thor to shout at the kid online was brilliant.
