I hate the guy going the Halifax ads more than I hated Howard of years ago. And I really strawberry floating hated Howard.

O2 seem to have gone down the Nationwide route of pretentiousness with their latest ad.

"I'd like a bar of chocolate please" - while my mum has no idea where I am because she is to busy on the phone, although she will be pleased and notice me when I give her this bar of chocolate which she will assume I have stolen because she knows I have no money"

Agreed, it is bloody awful, goes on for far too long, and i don't even like the song they used.

The funeral adverts as well the one with the parsnips, the way they talk to each other is not how real people talk & is so fake.

Have you noticed one of the sun life adverts changed from her saying "Oh yes, I've seen the ads, with Parky." to now "Oh yes, I've seen the ads on tv"

All car adverts. Pretentious crap.

There's another equally annoying ad featuring a lip synced baby now, for some injury compensation company (injurylawyers4U I think).

Also getting fed up of all the sodding perfume and aftershave ads atm.
