Was that the one where we had keys and SD was trying to persuade people that as he had a key, he couldn't be a bad guy?

Yep.

He came with a whole "choose your own path" adventure type of quest that Mori was apparently privately playing with him

Yeah, I was the Alpha in that game, it was hilarious and to be fair to SD it was the only thing left for him to do to possibly save himself.

He might have been convincing had his fake alter ego not had a 100% success rate when it came to randomly choosing which paths yielded keys!

Stand out moment for me was when I played my first game and there was one wolf left, and goat decided to tell people the only wolf left had P, E and D in their name, it was Pred and I got killed. Not a happy moment.

For me it's probably a case of picking any of the times I've manipulated my personal friendship with PPM whilst being a wolf/vampire/infected (whichever :slol: ) and used it to my advantage in the game  - It even cost me a foot-long in Subway last time. Not sure he'll ever trust me again in these things...

Only things I can remember are mild confusion from the wolves during the space one as to whether I was trolling or a special role because I kept quoting Star Trek and inadvertently throwing a bottle of acid at someone during the Resident Evil one.

That's one of the standout moments of the entire forum, not just AYA for me.

Don't think I remember any specifically enough to recall any truly great moments, though Staydead melting down sticks in the memory because I guess it's happened more than once including in one of the Mafia games.

Chalky getting himself killed as the Alpha on the first night through his own strawberry float up was pretty funny I guess too.

Not really gotten involved in any of the recent ones as they seem to have become too complex and long winded for my liking, I liked the thematic variations DML did in the early days while retaining the core of the game.

Did I?

Maybe I did, though I don't remember it that way. The first 3 or 4 of your games were my favourite.

Was that the one where we had keys and SD was trying to persuade people that as he had a key, he couldn't be a bad guy?

Thing is, if I remember correctly I would've actually had the key to give to Dan to prove my innocence (we got one from killing someone), but I can't remember why but the runner of the game came up with some bullshit reason that we couldn't get keys as the bad guys after we'd already decided what to do with it. I was also one of the last vampires alive and had survived long enough up to that point. If I remember rightly that's the game the vampires were dominating, we'd killed pretty much all the special roles and then some bullshit immunity circle appeared and destroyed the game.

I think it was that one, the one where I was Susie Norton right?

You're right and you're wrong.

It was indeed that game, and you were indeed Susie Norton. You had one of the keys in your possession, and you came up with a backstory explaining your previous behaviour, which was that you were able to acquire keys. To prove it, you passed me your key - but shortly after, another Vampbuster pointed out for all to see that the Vampires had acquired a key with their kills the previous night, meaning your attempt to clear you actually ended up doing the opposite. No "bullshit reason" at all.

You killed the last seer, but again, our circle wasn't "bullshit" - far from it, really, considering we picked you off one by one from there on out! And we didn't "destroy" the game, we destroyed you! :datass: If you hadn't gotten cocky with your early success your endgame might have been more successful. And, might I add, we didn't suddenly flip a vigi power switch and the game was won - there was an absolute ton of work going on behind the scenes. Not to mention our destroying the keys with the Square of Death, a move so unpopular at the time it nearly did for me personally, but actually ended up being a very decent move. Any of the other vampbusters will vouch for just now much time and graft was put into our compiling of notes, theories, evidences both for and against people being vamps or potential other special roles, what our next move(s) should/would be and how we'd react or expect the thread to react, what kind of behaviours we'd anticipate from players and how we could use those in-thread to our advantage and hopefully draw you out.*

But your continued bitterness is still nice to see. ;)

*At times, it almost felt like we were the vampires
