Tiarny - answer me this. You seemed concerned about your shooting plot as soon as you saw Dalax had died. How are these two events linked?

To be honest - I think that was bloody stupid what you instructed. You are being lauded for your 'great work' but all you have done is seered three people and found Vamps by luck. There is also now the possibility you have alligned with The Count. Sort it out...

I lost faith in FatDaz being the count due to the bad luck of Dalax dying, and so feared the bad luck would continue to the kill. I honestly can't believe I have to explain that.

And unless you want to suggest the special roles are leaking stuff to the vampires, I'm not sure how the group has been compromised.

It sounds like TAP was in on the plan to shoot FatDaz

Right then.

I've noticed over the past couple of days activity in the thread has dropped, partially because of the TAP/Mocky Mayor swapping meaning there's not huge scope for others to interact. I also think because a couple of Villagers are happy to sit back and wait for the aforementioned players to win the game for them.

So, in an attempt to increase healthy debate and help move the game along, I'm imposing a new rule until the end of Sunday.

Make at least one post per day in the thread or you will die.

No ifs. No buts. This applies to all roles, Vampires and Villagers alike.

Continue.

You must NOW at least CONSIDER the possibility that Mockmaster is guilty. Your empire could (improbably) be built on sand. That is the one leap of faith you have taken all along.

I still think its unlikely, but if you are not questioning it at least then you shouldn't be in charge.

Does this apply from now, or from midnight?

Because if it's from now, then does that mean Jango etc. die at 12:01?

While I see what you are trying to achieve, people have lives to, what if someone is away for a whole day?

But the weekend is coming up. Some of us have busy social lives during the weekends.

Well, not me. But some people might have.

Surely that rule has to be set in force from tomorrow? Many of our villagers won't have been around all day.

Anyway, I had sent my concerns about FatDaz to Mocky a few days ago. Little disappointed to see I was wrong.

Gutted about Dalax. I didn't have him pinned as a seer either.

idk. I'm not playing this game too well yet.

Finally!

This should have been a role from the start of the game.

Okay.

Fair enough.

I will give the vampires a massive piece of ammo, because you just won't take the hint and back off.

Mockmaster was never protected by the Witch Doctor.

Dalax was.

If the kill had came from *within the group* then it wouldn't have happened on the night Dalax was protected. They would have known it was a wasted kill order.

Sadly, and you can imagine how much of a shock it was to all of us when Sykes posted the kill, the Witch Doctor decided to protect himself tonight (without telling the group) and left Dalax out in the open.

Nobody in the group knew Dalax was unprotected tonight, we all thought he was safe.

So no, I'm pretty sure that Dalax dying proves the exact opposite.

And you've probably killed Mockmaster.

And ruined a massive advantage we had over the vampires, as they hadn't even risked wasting a kill on us despite us not using the protection on ourselves.

Good work, villager.

No more than usual. They were just pretty confident that nobody suspected Dalax and so thought protecting him would have been a waste. They're feeling pretty bad about it, obviously, and with this game being all about paranoia I'm sure we can all relate.

Looking at the 3 people picked to be Vampires so far, should we maybe look at someone experienced with AYAW etc as the count. Picking two excellent players in Parksey and Mori, as well as Luke who's experienced and someone who wouldn't normally be suspected, suggests that it would be someone who knows the game well and who would be useful to have on their team. There must be names of players left that perhaps jump out at people for who could be another vampire or the count.

I haven't ruined anything. Its just time to reformulate your plans. To be honest I had already guessed Mockmaster was unprotected - I'm suprised the Vamps didnt take that extra kill yesterday and 'have a try'. God knows why the Witch Doctor is protecting himself. :fp:

None of your epic rant has changed the fact that Mockmaster COULD be the Count.

You said you were leading us to victory, and you have epically strawberry floated up tonight by not following your own plan. Are we 'non-insiders' just meant to say 'gee...well it';ll work out tomorrow boss!'.

No we bloody shouldn't. Don't pin your strawberry float ups on me.

tbh, I've said since the start we'll run out of leads eventually and be forced to kill randoms unless people in the thread start helping out. That hasn't really changed, just happened somewhat sooner than any of us would have liked!

Although I'm not sure why you think Mockmaster would order a kill on DaLax on the night he was protected. That part makes no sense. Why not wait until tomorrow, when I'm protected, and just take him out then? Or yesterday? Why send the order when he's protected?
