Been playing this the past couple of nights, enjoying it. Can see the deck building being a really interesting part. Especially for Achievements and that.

Had a Fog card last night, If we got to far away from each other, we couldn't see each others health or items that they had. Thought that was cool.

Not really, but you can play with people on Steam and there's other people like Pedz and Aaron here who've been playing.

I've mostly played with my Japanese friends so far and I'm 16.5 hours in. Loving every single second of it.

I’ve got it on gamepass. I think there are a few of us who can get together?

Has anyone figured out how to make it not feel terrible to aim on Series X?
Has anyone discovered the magic controller settings?

Tried turning off auto aim assistance, auto-snapping, and tweaking the sensitivity more than my first girlfriends nipples - it feels either so sluggish, or caffeinated twitchy mess.

I've been using this and its been fine -

Turned off Snap to target, aim assist, auto-centre recoil, motion blur and camera motion strength.
Upped Horizontal Sensitivity to 35 & Horizontal Sensitivity to 30. ADS low to 0.4 & ADS High to 0.2.

I'm really enjoying this, the Recruit difficulty level is just hard enough to not be too punishing but did require myself and my daughter to restart a few times in Act 1 (with just 2 of us).

I picked up Aliens Fireteam Elite also in sale and.....I can't tell if it's cos I'm a massive fanboy but I enjoy it just as much and they play vastly differently enough we went form Aliens to This and enjoyed both.

I watched the intro briefly. Seems that you only get 1 continue ‘per run’. So if you don’t complete the game with the one try (plus continue) it says you need to restart the run.

I’ve played a bit, done the 1st act. It’s crazy how busy it gets. It really does need non AI players. The last stage of act 1 requires you to pick up 2 items. It only let me pick up 1, the other needs to be another player. But the AI never picked it up.

Right but we ran out of continues on like the second or third stage and it still let us carry on

I'm assuming maybe it just makes you restart the section of stages? I've tried to Google and see but I can't find anything that clarifies it.

Replaying the first stages over and over again seems like a really bad gameplay experience, especially for a multiplayer game.

I’ve subscribed to Game Pass for this. I’ve been enjoying it with my brother, although the boys are useless so make it pretty difficult with just two players.

I’d love to have a go with a couple of you guys if we could arrange some games next week?

Back 4 Blood has passed the 10 million player mark, developer Turtle Rock Studios trumpeted today.

Today also brings word of Tunnels of Terror, a "major" expansion set to arrive on 12th April as part of the game's Annual Pass. This adds a new PVE activity, fresh Cleaners and Ridden variants and yet more character and gun skins.

Ridden Hives, the expansion's new PVE mode, is a four-player co-op dungeon crawler feature seven different labyrinths to explore. It's here you'll find the new Warped Ridden enemy, which will also be added to the PVP Swarm mode.

Two new playable Cleaners (Sharice, "an axe-wielding firefighter" and Heng, "a no-nonsense restaurateur"), 12 weapon skins, eight character skins, seven new legendary weapons, and one new difficulty setting: No Hope.

In a nice move, only one person in your co-op party will need to own the Tunnels of Terror expansion for all players to access its content.

Turtle Rock today committed to not adding new microtransactions to the game as part of the expansion, either - or via any future content update.

Is this still crushingly hard and with guys who constantly pop-up behind you?
I really wanted to like this but it just felt unfair.
