Gotta be fresh, gotta go downstairs,
Gotta have my bowl, gotta have cereal.

I hopped up out the bed
Turn my swag on
Take a look in mirror
Said wassup wassup wassup
I get money

Teach me how to dougie
Teach me teach me how to dougie
Everybody love me
Every-every body love me
You aint messin wit my dougie!

System of A down - Vicinity of Obscenity

Must we all learn defeat
From the whores with bad feet
Beat the meat, treat the feet
to the sweet milky seed

SOAD's lyrics have always struck me as a load of gibberish (although I'm sure they mean something to him, I find them verging on the ludicrous sometimes).

Like Suite Pee:
Lie naked on the floor and let the Messiah go out through your soul
I wanna strawberry float my way to the garden,
'Cos everyone needs a mother... strawberry floater!

Or Toxicity:

Looking at life through the eyes of a tyre hub
Eating seeds as a pastime activity,
The toxicity of our city

And as much as I love Bjork, I find her lyrics a bit too obscure to relate. "To inhale a beard loaded with currants" and "While I'm asleep, my mother and son pour into me warm, boiling oil into my wide-open throat" are personal favourites. I mean, what the strawberry float?

EDIT: At least in the latter example, she offers the preceding disclaimer "I have a recurring dream..." - which essentially gives her license to write whatever.
