Argos are downsizing a lot of their physical stores now too I think to cut costs.
The one in Middlesbrough has actually moved over to be an outlet in Sainsburys and so carries a very limited supply in-store since they've got maybe 10% of the space it had in its own store, if even that much. The way it works now is that you reserve online to collect in store later and the store gets two deliveries per day of all the click and collect stuff coming from a central warehouse.

Tesco has the game of the year edition of Horizon Zero Dawn for the crazy price of £8, check you local store though I would guess they'd all be gone.

Looks like the Toys R Us fire sale might have started. Website is now closed down. Might be worth a trip but the video game section of my local one in Nottingham looked pretty sparse before Christmas, can't imagine there is anything left now.

Yeah I’ve noticed over the last year that the video game section has substantially shrunk in toys r us, whilst smyths seems to go from strength to strength.

Annoyingly Now there's 20% off the ting I want from Toys R Us. Nothing was reduced Wednesday and having been today the Leeds store has all sold out of what I was wanting (a Nerf Nemesis gun cause I'm cool as strawberry float).

Agents of Mayhem - PS4 is £5 in Sainsburys. It's the version with the Johnny Gat dlc too. Huge bargain for a game which is fun but nowhere the level of Saints Row.

Wish my image sig would work

Sold out in my local. :x

Tesco always has these ridiculous deals on PS4 games, but it's always ones I already have or they're out of stock.

Cross posting this here,

If you're on Three you can get a free month of Gamepass through their Wuntu rewards app. The code works on existing subscriptions as well so you can just use it to add a free month on the end.

I looked in a couple Tesco too and they didn't have it either. Just the normal edition for £24, ugh.
