Just pre-ordered the Civ VI Rise and Fall expansion for £19.99 on Greenman gaming using the 20% off VIP code (available to all existing customers).
Codes are one time only but work with any PC game including pre-orders.

Wolfenstein 2 on Xbox One is also £15 at Amazon. The PS4 version is more expensive there for some reason.
