Saw this mentioned on Eurogamer - Dark Souls Switch preorder for £29.85 from Base - never heard of them before, are they reliable?

They are, Clarkman, although if you're comfortable with supporting world domination then it's £28 at Amazon.

Alas, no PS4 in this household for the time being. The suggested lack of a Switch tax seems promising though.

Sorry, dude - for some reason I went crazy and thought it was the PS4 version you wanted :fp: . I'm thinking about getting the game, too, but I'm not sure on which format!

Same discount (but for 200 platinum coins) on 3d Land for 3ds, making that one £11.19

What's the deal with this? Is it Argos selling through ebay? They're massively undercutting their own in store prices if so. Or is it just someone flogging stuff they bulk bought from Argos on some kind of offer?

This. Click on the seller name (argos) and it takes you to their ebay store. Better link- https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nintendo-Switch-Console-Bundle-with-Super-Mario-Odyssey-From-Argos-/352197358332?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368

I've got new stuff from them before. But bear in mind, stock from Argos can be pretty worn out due to shelf abuse.

I think they're trying to promote their eBay outlet, and they probably have deals with eBay for listing fees etc. due to Click & Collect - which may be cheaper from their central warehouse and people already browse eBay for other gooseberry fool.
