There’s a rumour that DMC 5 might be heading to Game Pass, so I’m holding off buying for now.

Thinking about Blood and Truth:

"£19.99 on the PlayStation store. One of the best experiences on the PlayStation VR which for me was ruined by overly long cut scenes that got in the way of the action. However , I think that £19.99 is the right price for it. If you are like me, you will love that first play through. The last section is the single biggest WOW since Astrobot.

The game is Time Crisis in VR, and it's presented like a movie which makes it about 50% gameplay and 50% unskippable dialogue and it's that which made me disappointed at £35, so I played through it and flogged it on a week later. But definitely worth picking up at £20."

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is now available free of charge via the Microsoft Rewards programme in the UK.

1 month: 14,000 points
3 months: 42,000 points
1 month (with Level 2 discount): 12,000 points
3 months (with Level 2 discount): 35,000 points

If you fully commit to using Edge, Bing, and the Microsoft Rewards apps on Smartphone and Xbox, you could now manage never having to pay for it again. With mild use, you’d get 3 months free a year.

Yeah I just bought this and 36 months of Gold from CD Keys and then got the month of Ultimate that turns it into 3 years of Ultimate. I've done some stupid stuff drunk on bank holiday weekends, this is not up there with the worst decisions, but it's kind of close.

Nice. My 1X and Game Pass (that I have also topped up to 36 months and converted to ultimate) is the best gaming purchase I have made for longer than I can remember.

Seconded. Originally bought a 1S a couple of months ago. Did the same 36 months of Live (upgraded to Ultimate for £1) and loved it so much I decided I really needed a 1X to get the full benefit of 4K. So I sold the 1S, got what I paid back for it, and upgraded.

Now I just have to finish Hue before it leaves Game Pass at the end of the week!

Game Pass Ultimate is pretty great and there are enough deals about that it can be mostly bought at 50% off which is insane value considering you get all Microsoft games and a bunch of others thrown in as well.
