Assassin's Creed 3 somehow manages to be more boring than the first one.

It's because the first game lets you tackle your target howe you want instead of every target being a scripted event.

1 Year PlayStation Plus subscription £29:85

Be quick as they normally bump the price up by £5 after websites have linked to them. Also, I forgot why I stopped using them, it didn't accept my card payments although they work fine for other sites so I ended up paying with PayPal.

I think this is part of the official sale - PS Plus 1 year is 40% (so £30) off even through the Playstation Store at the moment.

I bought the above last week and when I activated it's official title was "1 year PS plus subscription - 40% off"

All this to say obviously still be quick if you want it, but I reckon you have til the sale ends (whenever that is).

Got myself The Witcher 3 on Switch for £33.56 through TheGameCollection on eBay using their 20% discount. Cheapest it's likely to go physical.

At least it can match Steam in that.

How can you be so consistently wrong about everything? It's a real talent.

Have you ever tried accessing Steam the instant one of the big sales starts?

Have you tried waiting 10 minutes?

Lol. The epic store was wrecked for hours spitting out random geographies due to some strange CDN geolocation/static caching issue, I think the the Steam store loads really slowly for a couple of minutes but at least it works.

I claimed GTA last time all the while browsing the site in Turkish, thankfully I had apparently memorised the layout.

FIFA20 is £8.99 on the PS Store at the moment, probably the cheapest it will ever be.

You've never been to a CeX store, have you?

If you don't mind being a year behind, maybe a bit less, the value of EA Sports games drop like a boulder. In fact not even a boulder. An asteroid. Like in that Armageddon movie.

Looking on eBay FIFA 19 is £6.99, new. I bet FIFA 17 is like 5 pence at a car booty*

*ignoring that most boot sales these days seem to charge you money to get in.

I haven't played a Fifa game since FIFA 94 or 96 on the mega drive bundled with Collumns which was better.
