Fenix Rising should have been held back until next year during a quiet period like January or February. For Ubisoft to not only compete with themselves releasing Assassin's Creed and Watch Dogs in the same period, but alongside everything else, was really stupid. From a customer's pov though it's great, because come February it'll be 20 quid.

£5 delivery for game, even to have it delivered to store. Will have a visit tonight to see if it's in-store instead.

It's still a great price for Doom Eternal but really sticking £5 on it just feels like something from 10 years ago. Which is probably where GAME are with their strategy.

Wow, when did GAME start charging £5 for deliveries? That's got to be the highest in the industry for software too.

Royal Mail charge £2.70 (2nd Class Signed), £3.60 (Tracked 48), Tracked 24 (£4.02), Tracked 48 Signed (£4.44) and Tracked 24 Signed (£4.86). Businesses would obviously get lower rates. So whichever way you slice it, it's a cash grab from FAT MIKE again.

I'll pop into Game and look what offers they have instore, but never would I pay £5 for delivery when smaller companies on eBay can give next day deliver and are normally far cheaper.

Ghost of Tsushima £35 - https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/gaming/co ... 2-pdt.html

Really tempted at that price. Was going to pick it up in the new year but might have to get it now as I don't think it'll be cheaper than that.

It's consistent with what Sports Direct do, so no real surprise.

I'd wait until after their 15 days of free giveaway games first in case what you're after turns up there first.

I see Argos are still gooseberry fool and refuse to deliver certain items :fp:

Anyway, Resident Evil 2: Remake is £11.85 at Base: https://www.base.com/buy/product/reside ... 2rmps4.htm
