Is that the most recent Harvest Moon?

Purgatory's kind of like the in-betweeny one. You weren't really gooseberry fool, but you weren't all that great either. Like Tottenham.

So did I. "Partially used" should never be in the same sentence as "bargain". Except in the sentence I just wrote.

It was the thread that was partially used, not the bargains. You might want to consider "General Bargains Chat" as that was quite popular. I still Like the SPUBB name, but it's entirely up to all of you to decide.

BTW, the reason I held back from posting a new thread was because I wanted to give the mods time to decide on different possibilities. A whole forum would work better because people wouldn't need to read page after page: bargains would be available at a glance.

Also want to make it easier for bloggers like Lewie to link to his RSS feed.

If you want to maintain it, then you have my blessing, as I'm not regular enough to do it myself. :)

The old thread really worked fine without any updating at all, so there's no need for a major overhaul. The reason I've kept the name short is so there's space to add specific bargain alerts in the title, so even those people who don't browse the thread can be made aware of drop-dead bargains.

I agree, somedays it goes up 20 odd pages, especially near sale time, to constantly update it to keep active deals up there would be a nightmare to do.

The World Ends With You- £17.99 (And is 2 for £30 with games like Soul Bubbles)

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn and Metroid Prime 3 Corruption are 2 for £30 in Gamestation.

EDIT- I'll go into Comet tomorrow and get any copies of NiGHTS and Harvest Moon that I see, and I've got any spare, I'll send them to people on here if you can't get them.

Looking at SavyGamer I see that Fable II Limited is less than £40 quid at Zavvi. Anybody know what they are like for delivery eg on release day, is it reliable etc?

£17.99 with free postage and packing. Other colours are the same price but I thought the pink would make the place look pretty :)

I've only ever heard bad things about Zavvi's pre-order service.

When it was Virgin they only honoured pre-orders for 30 days. A few if us fell foul of it when there was a good price on Super Paper Mario a while back.

I preordered Phantom Hourglass from their website, about a week before release, to be delivered to their store. When I went in to collect it, it wasn't there. I didn't receive a dispatch email til about 2 weeks after release. The staff were really nice though, they gave me a copy from the store and said they'd just keep the one they got sent that was supposed to be mine. They didn't even check for id or order confirmation! Eve funnier was Zavvi didn't take the money out of my account until I received the dispatch email, 2 weeks after I'd obtained a copy from their store without paying. In theory I could have cancelled the order and walked away with a free copy. I didn't though, as I'm a nice guy! Image

Not sure if it has been posted but a 360 60gb plus halo 3 and viva pinata are £199.99 at argos, for now it is the best games/ console combo, the play.com and amazon £180 deals are probably better if you dont want those games though.
