70 + hours since launch. I've not played much in the last couple of weeks. Spent all of a few hours on the karkand maps and I've not had chance since.

Finally got the holographic sight for the FAMAS

You can barely see anything with the standard "block" iron sight.

Really enjoying this so far but I'm only level 5, and I have to say I find the difference in equipment (as well as the vehicle perks) between the lower and higher levels much more of an issue than it was in COD, for me anyway. Still managing to get a good amount of points though, especially on Conquest and TDM, I think I'm definitely an Assault player.

I think it's only really an issue in vehicles. I don't come across an awful lot of skill or rank matching. So you can have some quite high ranks with lots of lower ranks. The weapons and classes gap isn't a huge deal. They unlock pretty quickly and you'll easily find one that 'clicks'. (I have a seperate issue with people who use only 1 weapon and rack up the service stars).

But I agree with this on vehicles. The number of times as a chopper pilot you go against newbies with minimal equipment was quite bad, I'm guessing worse since Christmas and Ive not had chance to play!

Only for the javelin

The SOFLAM is more useful as a secondary view point/spotter than it is for locking on rockets.

I guess it would be good in conjunction with the a good attack helicopter pilot and gunner. There are far better ways to get points though.

Just to prove you wrong, a soflam can make it so the javelin can attack helicopters. You can't flare it off and it's a one shot kill.

Enjoy the soflam. It also spots when you're not actively using it.

Is there a way of cheating in attack choppers? I'm firing Stinger missiles at someone and it's as if they have this invisible shield and the rocket explodes before hitting it and not causing any damage. They aren't even using flares

This is another thing that annoys me, it's like how can I level up my Jet to get better weapons, to get more kills, when I can only use the shitey wee pitter-patter gun at the start?! Still, great game though. :lol:

Still haven't got a single kill with a jet, controls like a dog on a controller too

Oh yeah, whats happened the 360 crew with this? No one seems to be on it anymore, very disappointed
