Just a rumour for now but it sounds quite probable and EA's show thing is next week I think?

Had so much fun playing this with the PC lot on here. Qikz and his helicopter pilot skills :dread: :fp: Operation Metro meat grinder :dread:

I'd be all over this

Great times.

Strafing Qikz' helicopter from above with unguided missiles remains one of my all-time multiplayer gaming highlights. Never really got into Battlefield 4 in the same way and definitely wasn't as good a pilot (not that I was anything special).

Original came out in what, 2011? I just don't think I can ever put the time in anymore.

This. Going back in time was a mistake, completely obliterated my interest in the franchise after putting silly hours into Bad Company 2, BF3 & 4.

Yeah I had no interest in the WW1 or WW2 settings. I think I tried the beta for BF1 and wasn't feeling it at all.

If I had the free time to play Battlefield V like I had in my teens and early twenties, I'd have been on it like a shot. BF1942 (especially with the mod Forgotten Hope) was absolutely immense.

BFV should always stand for the mediocre Battlefield Vietnam. :capnscotty:

3 is widely regarded as being better than 4 I think.

BF3 passed me by but I picked up BF4 recently at its great fun. Find vehicles a bit OP though. I'm just trying to run and gun a bit and there's always some god in a little bird strafing the gooseberry fool out of everything.

Might actually try BF2 again. Remember it being a tad slower as a game.

I'm a little suspicious of the timing actually. A small team have been working on BF3 mod, like Project Reality:BF2 for a while and announced some sort of early access release recently. No chance that someone has got confused here?

Would love a bad company remake although BF3 could be good but would need to be on PC.
