Don't forget Dumb & Dumber, with so much content cut out, the story makes no sense, yet one scene with Lloyd getting robbed by 'a sweet old lady on a motorised cart' is extended for no apparent reason (despite not being so in any disc based version out there.

Liar Liar is unwatchable on ITV for the same reason.

You’re missing ITV2 which has You’ve Been Framed Gold (x2), The Fast and the Furious, Family Guy (x2), American Dad, The Cleveland Show, Superstore (x2) and Teleshopping.

Why are you all missing the ultimate of ITV2 movie repeats?

Mr. Bean's Holiday.

Exclusive to US & Canada anyway.

Where everyone already thinks of the British as Miss Marple's Minions.

If they knew the sorry state that British culture has actually become...

As I'm presuming they'll use iPlayer as the blueprint for the software then once a decade, when an ITV show appears that's worth watching, this might be a worthwhile investment for people within the UK if they allow the domestic market to partake.

Not sure what the current britbox interface and backend are based on, can't seem to see any videos showing it off anywhere. I imagine whatever we get will be basically the same as what they've been selling to the US for the last 18 months.

Rather interesting timing, as BBC Boxsets are also now coming to NowTV Entertainment and Sky platforms, via Alibi, Dave and GOLD. Shows will initially include:

Absolutely Fabulous
Blackadder
Open All Hours
The Young Ones
Keeping Up Appearances
Red Dwarf
Extras

Q3 additions will add:

Top Gear
The League of Gentlemen
Ashes to Ashes
QI

Is life on Mars on there? Cause Ashes to Ashes follows on.

Yeah seems a bit odd to have Ashes to Ashes but not Life on Mars.

Also Life on Mars was better anyway!

I preferred LoM, but still thought AtA was pretty great.

Yeah Ashes was still great TV, it's just hard to pull of the same trick a second time so the impact was lessened somewhat.

I also think that LoM did more interesting things with the interaction between the real world and the "dream/coma/purgatory" world and played with the audiences expectations more in that area.

But again, the cat was largely out of the bag for Ashes so they couldn't do as much!
