I usually have an episode of some horror anthology on. Twilight Zone (original series) or the X Files work particularly well as soothing sleepytimes.

Not to a great degree, no. I'm not talking binge drinking, just one or two.

X-Files as horror? It was.... exciting, possibly, but also funny. has anyone actually seen this year's film? was it worth it? (according to imdb it was not, i know... )

To be honest, it just looks like the many expressions of Gary Glitter, circa the early 70s.

My own bedtime ritual? Working before bed. Weird, perhaps, but I can be up until the early hours just developing whatever my current project is. Unfortunately, this is also the reason my sleep pattern is so inconsistent.

Side effect of the job, i guess. are you on flextime or home office?

Yes, but 'exciting' isn't a genre, is it?

I never felt scared at all though o.O
even autopsy or whatever the british equivalent is, can be a bit scarier at times. which is why it's good to go to sleep with

But! But! But!

Host? Tooms? 2Shy?

How on earth was it not equally as much a horror as a Sci-Fi?
