Welcome to the 2015 GRcade awards!

As promised, we're going to bring back the end-of-year celebration of the best of our unique community, in a simplified format.

The awards are simple. There will be seven categories, with all members eligible to vote (except for themselves!) and there will be no prior nominations - everyone and everything can be voted for. That's every member, every post, every event, every quote from the last 12 months.

I'd encourage everyone to share their worthy winners in this thread, as it will help others remember deserving recipients and will probably increase the chances of your chosen worthy winner emerging victorious. As well as serving this purpose, it'll also be fun to discuss great GRcade moments of 2015!

Self-explanatory, this one!

Who's the one person deserving of the most prestigious award the internet has to offer? It's like winning an Academy Award, but for Best Person.

To vote, simply PM me, with the subject of your PM being "Forumite of the Year". Voting closes next Monday, when this thread will be locked - with the awards reveal thread arriving not long after! (Probably Wednesday 23rd.)

I've just voted. I'm on the Super Dragon 64 train due to his consistently positive posting, approachable personality, helpful manner and for being a leading force in the Wii U weekly online gaming sessions throughout the year. Drag-on! Drag-on! .
