Red Dwarf isn't going anywhere for a while yet. 
It is a slightly troubling one in that it now belongs in a similar category to something like The Simpsons where much of the recent output is a poor imitation of what came before, but those first 6 series are a slice of absolute fried gold.
Drumstick is right about Fringe though, we should have seen the back of that gooseberry fool a long time ago!

While not as good as series 1-6 the latest 2 series have been good, just not as good.
