You can't really judge comedy against drama.
My instinct does lean me towards
for people voting Sopranos, though. I'm sure Jenuall used to be cool.

Red Dwarf and Peep Show are most certainly not better than Breaking Bad, that's an insane suggestion. But better than Sopranos? I could go for that as a proposition.
I've watched S1-6 of RD what must certainly be in the region of 100 times, and I've watched Peep Show countless times as well - they are incredibly entertaining and never cease to make me laugh. Dwarf in particular is like an old friend at this point. I've now watched about 3 seasons of the Sopranos in an attempt to understand its position in this list - it's good but I doubt I'm going to finish it at this point and almost certainly will never watch it again.
Comedy and drama are hugely different prospects to try and compare so it's an impossible scenario anyway. The semi-objective way I'm trying to look at it is that in my opinion Dwarf and Peep Show are two of the absolutely beat comedies I have ever seen and so can stay, whereas I have seen many dramas that are better than Sopranos and so it deserves to go.
Oh and I was definitely never cool!
