Love Huell :wub:

I wonder if we'll get a cameo from Huell's partner as well at some point. Huell was the pick-pocket and muscle, Kirby was the mouth - seems like he could be used for something on the Howard con. In fact, last season when they had GTA 5 Trevor search Kevin's house (episode 5 I think it was) - that seemed like it could have also been a Kirby job :D

Great episode, as always!

Feel so sorry for Howard, really hope he doesn't come out of all this too badly now. He's one of the few characters that it's conceivable could still be around in BB and us just not see without it seeming weird so fingers crossed he's not dead!

Kim is still the one I'm most concerned for, feels like she's headed for a big fall. Hopefully the reminder of vacuum man in this episode is a hint that she gets out okay though.

Still trying to work out the significance of the phone call that Jimmy is telling Francesca to expect in the flash forward we had back in Season 4, originally I thought it was about getting a call from Kim but now I'm not so sure

Perhaps she is going to be arrested, Jimmy strawberry floats up her defence, then it's vacuum time. Maybe we then catch up with her in the present day bits

I think I need to rewatch the seasons that came before because there is a lot of stuff being mentioned here that I genuinely have no recollection of! :lol:

Jimmy is the main character, and Kim is the plucky female lawyer.

Last few episodes have been great but were 'build-up' episodes would be nice if we get some payoff at next weeks mid-season finale (I think its advertised as a 'mid-season finale' but I'm not sure it was originally written as the final episode before a break).

I would imagine the next episode will be set over one day (focusing on the court case) so can't see Lalo getting back from Germany and confronting Gus anytime soon. But, I would imagine the next episode will be the one where things blow up for Kim / Jimmy and will be a game changer....or much more likely will end on a cliff-hanger and will be a frustrating few weeks wait.

I found this video handy to watch before starting season 6 as a memory jogger :D ;

Even from towards the end of the last season we’ve seen her really becoming set up for a fall. She came onto Jimmy side and was it last week we saw her stealing with her mum? Perhaps it’s showing that she’s always had a bit of that inside her, but we keep
Seeing her now get wary and concerned over the schemes so I think it’s a big fall coming.

Yeah, she blew off the Santa Fe foundation meeting and could have got funding for her pro-bono work (which she claims the Howard con is all about) legitimately, further emphasizing her actions are a choice and its really about Howard.

Also could the vet drug be transferred to Howard just by touch? Didn't Jimmy say his skin felt funny? Perhaps the fake photos get laced with the drug (if not maybe getting the drug into Howards system will involve Huell).

Kim's never really been in the "good" column to be fair. She's just progressively given fewer gooseberry fools about showing it

I would like to thank Netflix's content warning for probably spoiling the episode. 1 minute in.

6x07- Because of that warning I was expecting Howard to kill himself in front of them in the final scene. Lalo doing it feels less powerful.

Great episode though.

Lalo eating in the sewer. :dread:

Nah, it was one of the most perfect scenes in the whole of BCS and BB. The scene prior to the apartment showed Lalo observing a cockroach (Lalo has referred to Jimmy as a cockroach before). When they was chilling on the sofa they was expecting Howard, but we the audience were half expecting Lalo with the ominous candle flicker, slight relief when it did turn out to be Howard - then enters Lalo anyway...the way the mood and the tension shifted :shock:

It was a great monologue from Howard and those home truths landed with Kim.

Great episode;

- Kim definitely has blood on her hands. She drove the whole con. Also if she was honest with Jimmy, that Lalo was alive I can't see Jimmy leaving the door wide open after letting Howard in.
- Poor Howard - bad day, character assassination and literal assassination. Poor bastard was always caught in the middle of Jimmy and Chuck's bullshit too. The scene of Jimmy / Kim having sex whilst listening in on Howard being destroyed was gross. Shame, I would have guessed that out of the BCS characters; himself, Kim, Nacho and Lalo - Howard was the only one who could have realistically been around during BB.
- Pennywise is now the second scariest person to be watching in a storm drain
- I hadn't heard of Leopold and Loeb before Howard mentioned it, but I read their wiki page ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leopold_and_Loeb ). gooseberry fool! :shock:

The tension in that final scene was almost unbearable.
