Yeah, like the very beginning of the opening scene. This is the first season not to open with a black&white flashforward into the Gene timeline; at the very beginning black and white ties fall on the white surface, so you are expecting a black&white flashforward then a load of garishly coloured ties fall and reveals its not that and takes place at the end of Breaking Bad as Sauls home is being cleared. The colour pallet and cinematography set to the music of when Sauls house is being cleared is so cool. Loads of little BCS and BB easter eggs in that scene too
Also one of the red ants from ice cream in the previous season made a little cameo

Dunno, I would imagine something to do with Howard? There's no way that Howard (as well as the fella from Hamlin who Howard was playing golf with) didn't get to hear that Saul was at the golf club after that outburst in front of Kevin and everyone else at the golf club. He used the Kettlemans to spread the word that Howard has a coke habit and then blackmailed them to not let on they heard it from Saul. Even if the other lawyer firms don't know Saul was behind the coke rumour - Howard would have heard that Saul was at the golf club and deduced that this was all set up by Saul.

Mike planted the bank statement there under Gus's orders so the cartel would discover Nachos location by dialing the motel phone number. Why, I don't know - I would have thought the twins speaking to Nacho is the last thing Gus would want?
