Very good and very interesting so far thank you for putting them up. It reminds me of a similar thing I was reading instead however it was about North Korea.

That gooseberry fool is amazing, BLH. I'd like to imagine that there's some mega mutant fish living in the lakes around Chernobyl.

If only humanity were nomadic by nature... perhaps then global fish stocks would not be so depleted. :(

Absolutely brilliant topic, thanks a lot for sharing! Chernobyl's interested me from a young age and I've always had a curious urge to visit one day.

That's strawberry floating awesome BLH. I'll almost certainly be going there one day. The one place it'd be unlucky going to on a nice day!

The thought of the guy's body still being under the sarcophagus is chilling, but also very cool. What's that unit of radioactivity all about, I've never heard of it?

My guess would be it having something to do with the radiation...

Glad to see you enjoyed yourself and I hope you don't end up mutating into a Snork or something.

Amazing, fascinating, terrifying. How long were you allowed to stay in the vicinity for?

Also, did anyone see that programme (on the BBC I think), about what would happen to cities after man has gone? A lot of it was based on Chernobyl.
