Beat Amygdala and the Shadows of Yharnam. Enjoyed both of them. Good bosses.

Closed up all the optional areas now so I should be good to go. To Rom. Who I'm basically hitting for scratch damage. Sick.

Cancelled the official guide order I had. Future Press just can't seem to get their gooseberry fool together these days. DS2 guide had a pretty sizable delay too. What use is it to release a guide 1 month after launch for a game that's one of the hardest of the year?! :fp:

I got an email the other day from Amazon saying it's been delayed till the 22nd but the release date still says the 17th

Yeah, beat Rom on my 4th go, 3rd if you don't count getting a phone call during.

Just stunlocked him in the end. Killed the spiders for the first form. Did as much damage as I could without triggering the teleport then spammed full charged Ludwig's during the teleport animation. Got two in, staggered on the third and he did his first teleport on 20ish%. Just ran in as the spiders dropped and finished him off before he did anything.

Just beat the one reborn, went back to the top floor of the lecture building and now I'm in nightmare moir (or whatever it's called).

Feels really end gamey here, that's not the case is it? Will see if there's other places I've not been yet if so.

Can anyone help with the chalice dungeons, trying to Co op with the girlfroend and we can connect and beat the first layer no problem, but when I spawn back in to help her with layer 2 I have to go through layer 1 on my own to get to the layer 2 lantern where she is stood so we can summon in that area.

Is there any way to skip over the layer we've just done or does the summoned need to fight alone through the pre vi ous layer or layers again just to reach the same spot as the host?

Go to Cathedral Ward and make use of Upper Cathedral Key, if you haven't already.

I never see what I get when I pick up items as I hammer the pick up button, consequently I don't know if I've got a key for that :fp:

Is that the locked door at the top of that tower then?

Key is found in Unseen Village in the secret room near where that monster *pew pew pews* with the laser.

Obviously many people want the guide as an aid to the game but I bought it because of the art. I knew I wouldn't use the guide to help me with the game, that's what game wikis and other websites are for.

Also I read the first delay was because From/Sony wanted to add in MP details or some such.
