Yeah I know they're the same, what's the dude got to do with them?

You said you cleared Nightmare. You haven't.

There's another :dread:

Getting bolted by some frenzy gooseberry fool. :x then some banana split appears and tries to murder me. No Thankyou sonny Jim. :datass:

Not another. It's *the* Nightmare and it's gonna strawberry float you up, son.
Stock up on sedatives and figure out which of your bits of gear has highest frenzy reduction stats (don't be afraid to mix and match even if you end up looking daft). Ditto runes.

There's two. Nightmare Frontier and Nightmare of Mensis. I think the first one is just optional.

I was having trouble with her a few days ago but went back last night and beat her solo no problem. Just try to stay at the side or behind her and run and roll to avoid the lasers. Found out last night while co-opping with a friend that you can easily cheese this boss fight. Summon someone who has already beaten the boss and have them stand just inside the boss arena and when they come into your game they will be able to attack and defeat the boss without it attacking. It just sits there because the host hasn't passed through the fog gate.

What about Graveyard (grave something anyway) gear? Some of its pieces have higher frenzy resist.

Got nothing like that.

And it's the second one. The first one had amagdawhatsherface in it. The area is cleansed.

Fabian Delph is a banana split.

The R2 charge attack in two-handed mode makes quick work of most bosses. I love it, it's like the Dark Souls 1 Zweihander 2.0. I did an overhead smash on a gargoyle and it was so hard it clipped right through the floor of Cainhurst Castle

With LHB the 2hand charge, 2hand follow up combo strawberry floats up most enemies. Meant to be good for PvP too but I wouldn't know.

I use LHB for most things but when I face a hunter I swap to the Blades of Mercy. It strawberry floats them up.

Right there with you bud. Youll get him eventually tho. Just go level up a bit more. I had 1K health points and each 2H axe swing did roughly 600 Dmg to him, at lvl 61, when i beat him.
And heres a top tip: After the first, easiest spider wave when you have rom to yourself, do ONE two handed attack. After that follow up with steady, but not too fast, 1 handed attacks. The trick is that when he starts teleporting, yo can keep hitting him and it will knock him out of his teleport phase. But you just need to have alot of stamina so you can keep attacking. You can do almost 2/3rd of his entire life bar in that one attack. After that i just hit him with a few running attacks and ignored the spiders et voila

I strawberry floating DID IT

Rom - down - Solo
Amygdala - down - solo
4 bosses in Chalice Dungeon - solo

On a role to beat this banana split of a game. Little bitch in the Cathedral Ward now >_>

Just what exactly is the point of the chalice dungeons?

Just beat
Martyr Logarius

What a great boss! I mean, he strawberry floated me up at least 20-odd times, but by the time I killed him, I felt like I'd learnt him so well that the satisfaction I got from besting him was brilliant. Up until then, it's been very much war of attrition with the bosses, with a tiny bit of tactics (mainly roll/get behind).

In the Root Chalice Dungeons you can loot alternate versions of weapons that have different shaped gem slots and one of the weapon types can only be bought from messengers in one of the premade dungeons.

You get the best blood gems in the Chalice Dungeons. It's the only way to get the Uncanny/Lost versions of the weapons and you find the Beast Claw in one.

Other than that, the root dungeons are randomly generated.

Stumbled on the Shadows boss(es). They seem like a cool fight, having to really think quickly and be nimble. Targeting the fire-y one first, is that what most did?

The area just before them though. The snakes. :dread: strawberry floating horrid. Also stumbled down an alleyway with some weird jelly aliens who strawberry floated me up very quickly.

This game is strawberry floating awesome.

I'm basically strawberry floating terrified of anything I haven't seen before. Especially the balls of snakes. Hiding in the grass like strawberry floating NASTY BASTARDS.

I went for him first time but got demolished by the sword guy in the final stage. After that I kept the magician alive as his stuff seems easy enough to dodge: they're loud and slow moving.

But anything works.
