Yeah I found the reach of the sword guy to be the toughest part of that, took him out as a priority. He seems the most aggressive too.

+1 for sword guy first and fire caster last.

Caster stops moving in second phase/when one of them dies, so all you have to do is place the giant headstone between the two of you and his attacks won't land.

just got a tax rebate so seriously considering shelling out for a ps4 and this but still can't justify it

the real worry with games like this is what happens in 2-3 years when servers are down and you can't even patch it for example? strawberry floating consoles

You should buy, patch and play it now, that way the servers possibly not being online in a few years won't affect you.

Patches always stay up on Sony's servers even when a company takes a game's multi player offline.

They'd have to otherwise it'd be possible for people to buy broken or buggy games.

Beat Ebrietas on my second go today. First was terrible so it basically doesn't count. Then I slapped The One Reborn who was pretty slow and easy.

This next area can gtfo, though. That bloody spider.

Nvm, found an easy way to fight the spider, life can go on.

Well, the spiders...in the nightmare area aren't up to much are they. :lol:

Think I've overpowered my guy a bit much. I still utterly dread the boss fights though, :dread:

Try saying that when you try to skip them entirely hurrying through the level and the big one nearly kills you through the doorway when you could swear you're out of it's range

3rd playthrough killing only 4 bosses. Just making beelines to shortcuts.

According to GAF and Reddit, equipping the lantern reduces stamina regen by around 20% :fp:

I had that thing equipped 99% of the time :lol:

I didn't think the lantern was worth it. In the dark I'll just use the torch because the lantern ring of light is a joke. I'm ok without the gun generally as my main setup is transformed Logarius for power and transformed mercy for speed.

This nightmare fromtier is tough.

The key opens a gate by him that takes you to a lever to drop something down a hole. No idea what the significance is since that's the last thing I did but I found another way there by rolling through a window.

Enjoyed the adventuring after him, it's been fun, enemies are tough but beatable. Think I'm just about to enter anither boss arena as I've opened up all the lifts.

Did you find the [is]Blood Rock[/is] in Nightmare? Location if you missed it: [is]through the doorway with the spiders with faces, there's a long walkway outside. To the right of it is a area with a huge hole and corpse with treasure[/is]. Loot that mofo. You're gonna need every extra bit of damage you can dish out. (you'll obviously need a [is]+9 weapon to be able to use it[/is].)

Have you done upper Cath, Glowy? Make sure you do. [is]You'll need a key from UV, though[/is].
