Had a live chat with Amazon about mine and they're out of stock until 27th. You must have beat me by a matter of hours. Managed to get mine upgraded to next day delivery though whilst talking though.

Nice. Their customer service people are some of the best.

(sorry)
Tonight is dreadful because I can't play Bloodborne. You know a game has you when that's how you judge your quality of life.
My BSB fight was a massive anti-climax, after losing 4 times in a row I decided to try getting in some help. Called in someone and then went into the boss fight. Not sure what happened but another person joined (I didn't think you could call help in boss areas) and they promptly handed him his ass. I just had to concentrate on not dying. Nowhere near the feeling of joy I experienced after FG, think I'll skip co-op for future bosses.
I'm just completed the game, and I'm still buzzing. I was stuck on the second to last boss for ages, and was about to give up for the night when I thought I'd try one more time. I only bloody killed it, and then went on to beat the last boss first go in about two minutes.
Spoilers ahead for the last three bosses. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
First things first though, and that's Mergo's Wet Nurse. I almost beat it on my first attempt, but got a rather nasty surprise second time around when it started using its crazy duplicating attack. I beat it on my third try in a rather sloppy fight, but hey, a win's a win.
Gehrman was the real deal though. After my first few attempts I really felt like I had no chance at all, but then I went through the wonderful Souls thing where a seemingly impossible battle slowly starts to feel doable as I learn how to counter the attacks. I knew I could beat him, but I was getting tired and my reflexes just didn't seem to be up to the task. I was honestly about to switch it off and go to bed when I thought I'd have just one more go for the hell of it, and then I won, and it was amazing.
I read up on how to get the true ending once I figured I was close to the end, so I knew there was another boss to come. I didn't realise it was going to come at me directly after Gehrman though! I was down to five blood vials and I was very much prepared to die, but then I somehow held it together long enough to beat it first go. In fact, it was somehow my quickest boss fight of the game.
So there we go! I know I missed some optional bosses, which is a shame, but I'll go back and fight them eventually. I wanted to keep this first run spoiler free, ending requirements aside. I'll post my thoughts on the game as a whole tomorrow, but for now I'll just say that it was bloody excellent.
