Criminal that this does not have its own thread, so to try and get in the mega-thread bashing spirit, I thought I'd give it one. Probably my favourite show right now and it is currently my de facto 'Bedtime' TV Show.

ABOUT THE SHOW
Having won the 2014 Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program, BOB'S BURGERS returns for a fresh and flavorful fifth season.

The series follows BOB (H. Jon Benjamin), who runs Bob's Burgers with the help of his wife and their three kids. Bob has big ideas about burgers, but the rest of the clan falls short on service. Despite the greasy counters and lousy location, the Belchers are determined to make every “Grand Re-Re-Re-opening” a success.

Bob's wife, LINDA (John Roberts), stands by her man and often does so by bursting into song. Their eldest daughter, 13-year-old TINA (Dan Mintz), has a slight obsession with boys and zombies. Middle child GENE (Eugene Mirman) is an aspiring musician with a thirst for life. LOUISE (Kristen Schaal) is the bunny ears-wearing youngest daughter with an off-kilter sense of humor that makes her somewhat of a liability in the kitchen – and with the public.

In addition to winning its first Emmy Award, the series also was nominated for Outstanding Animated Program in 2012 and 2013. Last season, Entertainment Weekly hailed BOB'S BURGERS as one of the “10 Funniest Shows on TV,” and EW.com's readers recently named “Tina Belcher” as the Best Character on TV Right Now.
In the upcoming fifth season, Gene directs a musical; Bob enters a “Best Burger” contest; Tina romances a ghost; Linda goes blonde; Louise infiltrates the Thundergirls youth club; and the family battles a hoard of ferocious poultry. The season's featured guest voices include Zach Galifianakis, Bill Hader, Aziz Ansari, Jordan Peele and Keegan Michael Key.

Next Episode: 5x01 - Work Hard or Die Trying, Girl (2014-10-05)
Airs: Sunday 7:00 PM on FOX
When Gene's "Die Hard"-inspired musical doesn't get picked for the school's fall performance, he decides to stage an underground show with the help of Louise. But Wagstaff Middle School families begin to feud when they learn that Eugene has planned his show on the very same night as Courtney's school-sanctioned "Working Girl"-inspired musical.

I don't know why I gave up on this show after season 1. I enjoyed it, downloaded the start of season 2 and just never got around to watching it. I really should give it another chance, I've seen gifs and clips of later stuff and it's hilarious.

Blasted through the first 3 season of this on US Netflix, superb show. Anyone know if Season 4 is on any of the Netflix regions?

One of the main things I enjoy about it is that as 'dysfunctional' as the family are (to use a wacky sitcom phrase), they don't all hate each other like they seem to on other shows.

Having watched Archer first it's weird to hear him as Bob, but then I know people who watched them the other way around which is probably even more bizarre.

Honestly, do it. I love animated comedies and this is up there among the best. I was a really late comer to it, only hearing about it earlier this year, but that meant I was able to binge through the first 3 seasons just in time for season four.

I keep going through alternating binges of Archer and this. It's hard to adjust every time.

Unblock us is another alternative (if you wanna watch on consoles etc.). It's a piece of piss to use, well worth the £2.80 odd a month.

Infinitely better than Family Guy and the modern Simpsons. It's a genuinely good hearted show with great characters that have, so far, avoided Flanderisation.

Probably Bob, but I think Louise is great too. Actually, they all have their strong points. Fantastic show

Louise is voiced by the Flight Of The Concord groupie girl, it took me a while to figure that out.

It is a fantastic show though, most of the characters are great.

The best 'Tina Noises' have to be in the insurance fraud episode. When she's driving the car and when the insurance adjuster is in the restaurant oh god

Watched the first five episodes back to back yesterday, great stuff.

I take it that Louise changing the name of the burger of the day is a recurring theme then.
