That's just as bad as the official theme, strawberry float me. The same high-pitched wailing as well.

One of my biggest issues with the Sam Smith theme, besides it being gooseberry fool in general, was that it was being played absolutely non-stop on the radio before the film was even out. So by the time the film did come out I was already utterly sick of hearing the opening theme.

I don't love it but it's better than what they used for the film. Skyfall remains best Bond theme in years.

What, since 2006?

Cornell's was way better, surely.

Apparently, Christoph Waltz has signed for two more Bond films, but there is a catch if Daniel Craig stays.

I'm all in for both to battle each other like a cat and mouse. 8-)

That Radiohead song reminds me a lot of Pyramid Song. I like it.

Thus proving the Oscars are complete nonsense, especially the Best Original Song category

Daniel Craig 'turns down £68m deal for two more James Bond films'

?

I don't know if it is true, but I will wait for EON/MGM announcement or Daniel Craig himself say it.

He must really hate playing Bond. There isn't much I wouldn't do for £68million!

I thought he was already signed on for at least one more.

Strange time to call it quits, plot-wise.

I think he's said quite a few times that it's the physical effort of getting his body ready and then filming that has just left him drained after doing as many films as he has.
It's not like he needs the money anyway and he can now do films that are far less demanding and still pay a fair bit.

On the plus side they can now get a new guy far cheaper and use the spare cash to film another dramatic scene set in somewhere glamorous like Ipswich.

I wish they'd just hurry up and announce something, specifically so the endless cycle of Tom Hiddleston, Tom Hardy and Idris Elba for Bond stories can stop. It very probably won't be any of them

Yeah, he's stated a few times that he's having to have operations on his knees and other bits due to the films.

I guess he could have taken a Roger Moore approach to the next film and just be filmed walking around in dinner jackets, doing all the action scenes with lookalikes instead.

The time for Idris Elba is now.
