I've never heard a level in Borderlands referred to as a dungeon before

But yes that 'VR' mission is proper gooseberry fool.

We've been playing the campaign in New game plus with mayhem modifiers active (makes the game a lot tougher but gives bigger loot rewards). I picked up a legendary shotgun which is strawberry floating insane, it can one shot bosses in the right situations :datass:

I might have to stop playing this for the sake of my health  I did a optional arena boss fight (the one in Lectra City for Moxxi) with no way of keeping eyes on boss while at the same time avoiding attacks which hit a wide area. (Am I missing how to do dodge moves or something?)

You've noticed the floor is mostly what damages you right?

Is that when it's blue or when it's yellow? Either way, there was too much gooseberry fool flying around for me to really think much of anything.

Latest annoyance: quester markers which turn out to be DLC adverts.

Locked out of starting Hammerlocked :fp: Will try to see if I can start it somehow today, but if not then I'll be moving on to Ghost of Tsushima. But I don't see how that's going to possible as I can't even start the previous mission! This has been the first PS5 game that's given me serious jip. (Before this latest mission locked out, every time I started the game, I kept getting dialogue for the head in a jar mission, even though I completed it. It sometimes even showed up as a playable side-mission.)

edit:

Sorted.

3 missions were showing on the PS5 cards. Hammerlocked, head in jar and the main mission before Hammerlocked. Selecting Hammerlocked put me at the start of head in jar. So I then replayed head in jar but completing it didn't do anything I needed it to. Out of sheer desperation I selected the other remaining card and that fixed it :fp:

I found/bought a rapid firing pistol class weapon which just obliterates enemies with toxicity, but they also burn/explode thanks to one of my tree skills  Oh and, I found another which fires off a ball of electric energy which slowly bounces once and then explodes, electrifying anyone nearby. They're both pretty great.

Took down a Mother of Dragons parody last night. Their resistances made it a tedious fight.

Hammerlocked glitched again. This time on delivering the pizza. :fp: Thankfully the cards workaround from previous post worked and so it was a quicker fix this time. I think I'm going to have to complete the remainder of this in one sitting or something.

I'm now leaving my PS5 in permanent standby because I don't trust the game to not glitch and cause latest mission progress to vanish :x Just done the Jakobs missions. They were mostly a laugh (favourites being the science robot and the soft toy/ship's AI) but I just want the game to be over now

I presume 2K doesn't want to pay Sony to play cross platform.

I was under the impression they only had to pay if customers were spending more money on another platform but spending more time on PlayStation?
