Odds on it being a loot box filled battle royal?

Bout time, we've been waiting this whole gen for a new Borderlands.
Still be micro transactions will be heavily injected into it.

Hopefully a Switch Port of the first or second game will be announced.

Thats a pretty safe bet that it will be a battle royale or similar but Ill hold out hope its a more regular Borderlands experience.

Announcing now for a next Christmas launch doesn't sound all that crazy.

dunno why there's talk of it being a battle royale game the trailer looks 100% like BL3 which it's known they've been working on. temple shows the two villains and we see people grown up, they aren't going to waste that on a battle royale title. should be this gen and they said they'd not announce it years down the line.

Please don't even joke about it being a Battle Royale.

Be surprised if it wasn't BL3, the leaks last year included designs of characters who are in that teaser.

Fingers crossed it can improve on the formula of BL2, which would make it a must buy for me.

(Until Randy Pitchford proudly proclaims it as an Epic Store exclusive on PC, naturally )

i'm betting we'll see it about october this year. that's when these main games launch.

They've had Mayhem in trailers for other previous games. It likely isn't the title. I hope.

2K would love a slice of the battle royale bandwagon, and borderlands seems like the perfect vector to cash out before the genre implodes. It happened with mmos and mobas, it'll happen to BR games too.

Loved 2 and really really loved it on Vita. Probably the best Vita game ever.

I couldn't stand the last game but not sure why. 2 just did everything right. Such good loot and such a brilliant feel of picking up a new weapon trying it and seeing a huge difference in combat. Loved how all characters were perfectly balanced too.

It was an impressive port, but the lack of co-op made me lose interest pretty quick on Vita

I really hope it's not a Battle Royale.

2 actually had a pretty solid plot, I'd like more of that.

I believe it's Borderlands 3, but there is Tiny Tina's (something, I think Twisted) Tea Party which is a card game.

It was just shown.
