So Does Walter.

If you think about it, Jessie is to blame for Hank, Gomey and his ex gf's death.

Jane sure, that's fine but Hank and Gomie? It's Walt's actions that pushed Jessie over the edge. Every bad thing that's happened to a key character in this show (except the cancer and Jane's death, which Walt could have prevented) has ultimately been Walt's fault. That's the whole point.

Saying "thats the whole point" means nothing, how do you know?

Because I've watched the show :? It's all about Walt's decent and the damage he does to the people around him along the way

Its your opinion though, ah its all good least we both love the show. :D

Yeah, it says a lot about the show that people can debate about the characters like this.

I would worry about the mental health of anyone that believes Walt is a "good" person.

Walt was a good guy early on but dealing with the kinds of people associated with meth has made him lose most of that, he's not completely lost it though as he still loves his kids and obviously regrets a few of his actions.

Latest ep spoilers

Jesse doesn't have much luck with the ladies does he, poor Andrea.

Was hoping he would escape and get some revenge but I guess that can wait till the finale

As I've said before it was when he watched Jane die that Walt truly went from good to bad

I think for a long while he was just being pulled along, his actions were snowballing and forcing him to do ever more evil things. He never intended for it to go this way.

I don't see that Jessie deserves a happy ending. Teaming up with Hank and ratting Walt (and everyone else) means I can't forgive him. To good citizens like us it might seem like a reasonable thing to do (going to the police), but a career criminal should never, ever snitch.

Jesse was out of the game, he had $5m from Walt which he blew, he had the opportunity of a new life from Walt, which he blew. Then he gets his knickers in a twist, makes a bizarre leap of judgement (working out that Walt poisoned Brock) and then goes on a rampage which ended with him teaming up with Hank.

Jesse deserves to die.

Killing Andrea was seriously strawberry floating harsh though..

It was either work with Hank, or get shot by Hank. Can't blame him for snitching really.

I don't agree with those saying Jessie somehow deserves the state he's in. I mean he's not perfect, but being imprisoned as a slave and having lost the two most important people in his life in the space of a couple years is more than he deserves. I can kind of get the people saying he should've known what would happen if he tried to escape, but given his situation it's incredibly unlikely he's thinking straight.

Skippy has it right on the button when he says that pretty much everything is Walt's fault, especially as he's had the power to end it all at several junctures and not taking it because of greed or pride. The character is great, but the actual person is totally and utterly evil.

Amazing episode, with a perfect finale set up ending. The music and shot of the glass gave me goosebumps

Question, you know the gun we saw Walt have in the flash forwards, the big ass machine gun, didn't one of the nazi's(bald one I think) have that exact gun? Probably not relevant but seems a bit of a coincidence both have a military machine gun. I'm probably remembering it wrong though.

Probably similar- Walt has seen these guy's armoury so he knows his tiny gun we've seen him with before won't cut it. He buys the gun from somebody in S5E1 though.

Incredible episode. So ridiculously pumped for next week. This kind of thing doesn't come along very often, and I almost don't want it to end. I don't think I even know how I would want it to end.

Flames of violence and some sort of justice hopefully.

My word Tod is a cold strawberry floating banana split. Seriously, that kid is a strawberry floating monster.

Walt is a selfish banana split, but he has something which resembles compassion for his family. Family is everything to him.

Another great episode. The music at the end 8-)

Jesse to kill Walt and then get arrested. No happy endings.
