I don’t believe he explicitly said so but he heavily implied he would so they shouldn’t be surprised.

May would have pulled it anyway. There's been senior Tories saying all day she wouldn't call it unless she thought it would pass.

This also kills the Kyle Wilson amendment that could've given a second referendum.

Bercow confirmed that any member is still able to pass emergency motions and that if it has support there is a good chance it can be selected and debated in the next few days.

As far as I can see if the EU27 don't all agree to an extension then it's No Deal on the 29th.
