I'm not really stockpiling, but in the most middle class manner possible, I have purchased things from Europe I think are either going to increase in price or run out, such as red wine, plum tomatoes, parmesan...you know, things to make a bolognese with. I wanted brown rice (it's from Italy) but I've evidently missed the boat there, because for literally the first time ever Sainsbury's and Lidl have none.

I don't see much point in stockpiling anything perishable like fresh tomatoes. I might buy extra jars of passata for cooking as well as olive oil.

Having a conversation with someone on Facebook and they are telling me the lady in the maroon jumper on question time does not know the effects of Brexit despite her telling JRM how it is effecting her business.

I'm also told there will be benefits to Brexit but how can we know if there's any benefits if we are not allowed to know what the negatives are as it hasn't happened yet when someone who is qualified says so.

Is there any core purpose behind our yellow vest protesters? from what i can gather they all seem to be protesting about different things. One woman has a placard and wants justice for John, Harry and George. Who are they?

The French version of this have a list of things they want. I have no idea what the UK version stand for. They just seem like football hooligans.

That damn bullying dictatorship that....won’t let us starve....

I hope Leavers refuse to accept any EU food and starve themselves.

Edit:

Ahh here’s one prepared to starve rather than accept “Hitler” food.

Sorry mate, after 29 March the only acceptable foods are fish and turnips. That’s what 17.4million people voted for. #fish #turnips #deportpastaeaters
