From a different forum:
What offends me are people like you will not accept that a lot of leavers voted because they simply wanted to leave and for that reason they don't deserve a vote and are stupid, thick, ignorant etc. My father of 80 years is a staunch labour voter and union man never read a manifesto or studied labours policies in his life but feels the labour party were the only party for the British working man. He chose to vote leave because he felt it was right for his country, what he believed in and his ****ing right to do so. So too right I'm offended and angry that arrogant pillocks who don't like how the vote went and have some high and mighty opinion of their selves that they can predict the future and for that reason they want to over rule a democratic vote and label everyone who don't agree with them thick.
Debate that.………
That guy is currently getting furious because people are saying that the Leave vote was based on ignorance of the facts. He can’t comprehend that saying somebody is “ignorant” is not the same as calling them “thick”.
Edit:
Somebody then asked him if he wanted a debate or just a rant:
What do you want me to debate ?...…….. The back stop ? Could happen, could not ? The price of food going up ? Could happen, could not ? Lack of medicine ? Could happen, could not. If you know its going to happen 100% you sir are amazing and I vote for you to me next leader of the country!
Now debate facts …………..the fact 52% leave 48% voted remain. The fact the vast majority of electorate do not know policies or read manifesto's before voting in a GE.
There’s just no hope for some people.
