There's an alcoholic if ever I saw one. His nose looks like a cauliflower that's been dipped in Ribena.

The same MP later tried to suggest that the issues currently faced by the NHS are not due to covid. They are due to a lack of staff, at which point I thought he was going to mention investment, immigration, working conditions and so on, but no, the lack of staff is due to people isolating. Due to covid. That thing he said was not causing the issues. The man is an utter melt.

His face reminds me of colouring in when I was a kid, and the only pink felt tip I had was fluorescent.

I did a quick look into it and it's not necessarily the case; Rosacea is a condition common in white men over 30 which causes weakening/breaking of blood vessels and an enlarged nose, however excessive alcohol consumption can worsen/amplify the effects of it as an existing condition, but there is not necessarily a causal link

Nah. Wife thought it'd be hilarious to spam a few nonsense posts whilst I was busy elsewhere.

Not even gonna bother deleting them.

UK FOREIGN SECRETARY Liz Truss is on the same page as the DUP in her approach to securing major changes to the Northern Ireland Protocol, the party’s leader has claimed.

These plebs want a hard border. Jesus wept. I might hate boris and his c*nting party more than most of you in here tbh!

Yeah it's definitely the EU's fault for us leaving the single market.

Somewhat off-topic- what's the best mobile phone network these days? I'm sick to death of Vodafone.

I'm with O2 and I've never had a single issue with their service.

I think Nadine Dorries is so thick she genuinely believes it's completely the EU's fault.

I'm going to move to O2 based on this move.

I doubt Vodafone and EE will follow Virgin/O2. Three removed roaming charges for years and the others didn't follow suit until the EU outlawed them.

Also I don't understand Dorries comment. My understanding is there are no extra charges to the mobile phone companies since Brexit, they simply have the choice to reintroduce the charges and have decided to do so.

It's all about blaming the EU and trying to avoid Leavers getting the blame.

giffgaff on O2 here. About as zero bullshit as you can get.

I've been with Three for ages because of a combination of Unlimited Data and their "Feel at home" which let you use your UK allowance for free not just in Europe but a bunch of countries outside the EU like the USA.
They've changed it to "Go Roam" now though so from May they're going to charge £2/day for Europe and £5/day for other 'Go Roam' countries to use your allowance. So because of that I'll likely look at changing, probably to O2 (Or a virtual network that uses O2).
