Admittedly I had to look up what happened before the court was setup in 2009 and it would have been done by judges in the house of lords. I don't really see how that would have been much better for the Express?


The Express almost certainly know that. But they also know their readers will lap up the propaganda.

Apparently the Court of Session in Edinburgh have a power called Nobile Officium that no other UK courts have. It allows them to basically send a letter that the PM refuses to.

So in effect if he refuses to send the request to extend article 50, they can do it on his behalf.

Edit: The gammons would go off their nuts if this happens, especially after that court ruling the other day. How dare Scotland interfere!

Scotland should not be independent from the rest of the UK but should also have no say in how the UK operates.

Yeah but he already had millions at that point, is the point of "who they made their millions" story a how they made their "initial" money? Once you have money making more isn't all that hard really.
