BP stand out in town, handing out leaflets. Was in a rush so just firmly said not interested, is it even worth arguing the toss with them?

LED bulbs are great. Far more efficient, bright and last years and years. Any increase in price is more than made up for in electricity savings and longevity. I think people confuse them with the old CFL energy saving bulbs, which were a bit shite.

Doubt it, I thought the rule was no more making them or importing them but they could sell stock.

Meh, not that surprising. I have spoken with many people who voted leave just for the thrill of shaking things up a bit. No further thought given. Basically the political equivalent of teenagers smashing up a bus shelter.

One person can't really do much about it by themselves IMO (although milkshaking them is better than nothing

). You need to organise to have an impact. A group standing on the other side of the street telling the pro-EU side of the story, that would be worth doing.

The Scottish courts have rejected the need to force Johnson to send a letter requesting extension in the event of No Deal, primarily because he's promised the court he will comply with the Benn Act regardless.
