Are you saying we can’t trust promises on workers rights from a party that contains Boris Johnson, Dominic Raab, Priti Patel and Jacob Rees-Mogg?

I feel bad, our heating is fooked so had a plumber in who was talking absolute Bollocks about how Ireland should leave the EU and I had to bite my tongue because I just wanted things fixed.
All his evidence of anything was all anecdotal of course, Africans and Eastern European’s taking out jobs etc. I pointed out that for EU migrants, if they don’t have a job after 3 months we can legally deport but most western EU countries don’t, but it was hard to sit in silence while he spouted nonsense.

You should have killed him. The British experience is we let twats like that talk and then we ended up strawberry floating up the entire country.

Meh, I'm not too concerned about the workers rights thing. If the Conservatives to adopt a platform of slashing workers rights they will get kicked out of office when all the anger they have stoked up amongst leave voters turns around and bites them on the arse. Public opinion does not support such a thing.

The Tories don’t have a majority, but the ex-Tories are still Tories at heart. Plus there are the Labour rebels.

Most of them (even the very pro-EU Ken Clarke) want to vote for a deal.

Not sure I understand why Foster would want an election. An increased Boris majority just reduces the negotiating power of the DUP and they'll effectively have to lump his deal.

She probably feels there is a good chance Johnson will not increase his majority.
With Farage back in play, it’s not likely that the Tories will win a big victory, if they win at all.
