What's the UK's next play here then? EU taking Legal action and the UK will fight them in the courts for eons or come back to the agreement they signed up to?

I'm not sure how they can still negotiate with this situation hanging over both parties.

My guess they'll write it out when it comes back from the HOL, the UK gov has backed down on fishing so they'll get a deal with the EU so they don't really need it anymore.
