As the replies to those tweets rightly point out - the majority of the soy sauce you see in supermarkets here in the UK is not in fact imported from Japan, but is made in (you guessed it!) the EU.

So the trade deal with Japan would only apply to a small percentage of the soy sauce sold here, even if it actually helped, which it doesn't.

Not that soy sauce price is even important anyway.
