I'm very fond of the show and sad to hear it's ending, and with a reduced run no less, but I agree; they seem to be very aware of context of a comedy cop show in the recent climate, and it's understandable they've made this decision, even if I am quite gutted.

Maybe they could become a firefighting comedy and never acknowledge the previous cop setting.

Finished Season 4 last night, show has just been getting better and better for me, going to start Season 5 tonight and see the fallout from the S4 cliffhanger :shock:
