I know at the moment a squad shooter featuring ODST's seems to be the likely favourite but i'd love it even more if it was a squad shooter feature a team of Spartans, perhaps with differing special abilities.

I would also like to see a Spartan game featuring Fred, Kelly, Linda and Will set alongside the Halo Trilogy.

B*****ks I'm due to be in a court hearing all afternoon, so I'll miss the euphoria that usually greets a new Halo game :(

Perhaps I could convince my guy that his case is hopeless afterall and get him to settle before we go in! :twisted:

I think i'd want this more than Halo 4. We could see bigger battles than those in Halo 3 that actually require teamwork in order to come out on top. I think we need the Elites back as well, maybe Bungie could introduce some more enemies or at least more variations of enemies - kinda like what Gears 2 has done with the Boomers.

Do you know what type of abilities those four have?

No doubt if this is a "gritty" 3rd person squad shooter, the comparisons will be made to Gears of War almost immediately. It'll be interesting to see what Bungie can come up with graphically. Halo 3 looked okay but perhaps lacked that wow factor that i was expecting, especially after the 1st trailer.
