I'd be surprised if you don't like it mate. I guess as an avid PUBG player the differences will be more glaring but I think you'll enjoy it.

No doubt it’s more arcadey than PUBG but I’m fine having 2 BR games to play.

I watched a couple of vids of the new Blackout (Battle Royale) mode and it looked really good. Probably too fast-paced for me, but it seemed to be surprisingly neat.

I got four from activision but they didn’t work so I googled it and got directed to a twitter feed that linked to replacement ones. Activision then emailed to apologise for the mistake and gave me some more.

Anybody got an Xbox code can pm it to me? Would like to try this.

Hmm.. enjoyed this but once we got hang of it we won every match.... and winning a match in this is meh. When we win in PUBG it’s elation. Presume full game will have better skilled players.

Runs great, PUBG looks way better though on X. It’s fairly 360 looking in parts.

We back playing PUBG already.

I suspect this is still very much a twitch shooter?
I'm not any good at those for obvious reasons .

I guess you have to factor in that for lots of people this is their first BR game. It works perfectly for me because I simply don't have to time to dedicate to learning the intricacy of the mechanics in PUBG or even Fortnite so it's nice to have a pick up and play BR game.

The normal MP will be but the beauty of BR is that you can dictate the pace you play at.

It’s infinitely better than Fortnite it’s a simplified BR sure but I’ll play this and PUBG. In time other players will be better but right now they seem poor, and I’m generally awful at COD games.

I got the impression that Many players in the beta dong quite get the BR game type, the amount of players I shot from behind because I circled around them behind cover was crazy. Something you can rarely do in PUBG.

It all works though, I hope weather and stuff come along in the future. It’s less fiddly than Fortnites build stuff and less in-depth than PUBG so it does find its niche. It would benefit if the player was bumped to 100 I reckon.
