Won my first match today, which suprised me as both my team mates died within the first couple of minuets, so I was completely on my own.

It's great isn't it. I love the ending with the chopper and the roster of the dead.

Third place is my best finish so far, but I'm getting better. I actually average probably 2-3 kills per game which is a lot when compared to how rubbish I was at Blackout. My best round of 10 kills unfortunately came when my squad had died early and quit.

On matchmaking I'm probably getting around a 70/30 split of decent squad mates to rubbish ones. And by rubbish I mean not declaring where they want to land, or all splitting up immediately. The worst squad mate I had was in a game where I had died and was spectating, with the hope my squad mates would buy me back. Neither player had enough individually but together they had the 4,500, and so one player led the way to the nearest shop. When he got there he dropped his cash on the floor for the other player to pick up and buy me back. The other squad mate helped himself to the cash and then promptly bought himself a self-revive kit

Definitely enjoying it more than other battle royals I've played.

Is the general consensus this is better than Blackout?

This is good. Damned good.

Even better that I'm playing a multiplayer game without needing PS+.
It's the future, which was also the past...

Came in the top 40 earlier, probably not that impressive to some, but I was proud of it :toot:

Haven't lost a gulag battle yet either.. :datass:

People seem to rage quit instead of gulag'ing though.. I don't get it.

Oh, a copy of PS4 here.

Solved.

I found out that I didn't download the spec ops pack one so it was why I couldn't play it. :fp:

Was never really that keen on Fornite but I'm really enjoying this, certainly going to be playing this for the long haul.

There was a time when I'd be all over that but with the new CoD being so good I'm not that bothered.

Had 8 wins on warzone now.

Last night had a win and then 3 wins and a 2nd on plunder.
It's a lot of fun that mode if you have friends with you or good communication.

Had a few bad games on Warzone which reminded me how frustrating BR can be at times, an hours can play can be more time spent in lobbies than in game

The game decided to lose my single player progress on a really annoying mission so that's me done with that m shame as it has pretty good but that's unacceptable.

The matchmaking is awful. It really does put you off playing at times.

I think it was the connection to be honest, just get those games that feel a bit off. I think it's just inherent of BR though, high risk high reward.

Had some great games last night, nothing like the tension in BR.

After playing Warzone for quite some time, and coupled with the free weekend of access to two regular maps, I've caved and bought the full game.

Just downloading all the additional "packs" ( :dread: ) and I can get stuck in.

Haven't enjoyed a COD game like this SINCE COD4.

Stupid.

I've downloaded 10GB patch this morning and once when it has finished. I went on to play the multiplayer and it did mention the install was suspended. From there, it says I have to download data pack one which is 18GB and now it's downloading at the moment. :dread: :fp:

Playing through Modern Warfare Remastered on PC while Modern Warfare 2 painfully downloads at a slow as strawberry float pace - only 57GB to go.

Can you team up with cross platform players or just play against them? Downloaded on PC and like what I’ve played so far in Warzone.

Yes you can team up with cross platform players or against against them.

I had a team of friends with two Xbox players and three PlayStation players together. Make sure you turn the cross play on in the option.
