Got an LG28lb490u TV in our kitchen. This evening when my wife was watching TV it threw a massive wobble and ended up in a bootloop. Can't get to any menus. To my knowledge there was no recent firmware update but can't get to menu to do a factory reset or anything.
I don't like throwing out tech if I can avoid it (spent half an hour queueing for the tip earlier this week
) and I am quite happy to try software fixes for stuff like TVs and phones etc, but should I just cut my losses? The replacement TV we've got our eye on is £212.
