I would rather watch attack of the clones in slow motion while dying of penis cancer than that episode.

This book must be out of date, I don't see Prussia, Siam, or Auto-Gyro.

I can see them trying to make it funny, and I know it's not real, but strawberry float this video is a bit on the troubling side.

Shame it wasn't the production crew.

No it hasn't.Its a Krusty episode but that doesn't mean it'll be him.I think they're hyping it and it'll just end up being his Dad,or at a stretch Sideshow Bob.

They killed off fat tony, then replaced with skinny tony, who then became new fat tony, and its never been referenced again. So, bullshit.

That's another example of their recurring status quo "joke".

1) It was Fit Tony, not Skinny Tony. :fp:

2) Yeah they've always done that. Armin Tanzarian being the most obvious example but it's essentially a part of almost every episode, hell sometimes they don't even bother explaining it. Remember the snow day episode when Bart had to cram for that test to pass the 4th grade? He did it, next episode back in the 4th grade, no explanation, no acknowledgement of anything ever happening.

That video is horrid. Why is Lisa watching? Is it even supposed to be funny?

Julie Kavner's voice is almost as shot to gooseberry fool as Marcia Wallace's was in the years before her death. She sounds awful.

We should do a GRwatch, like GRplayde, for The Simpsons. We could watch a few episodes a week until we get to the end of season 9 or 10. It would give us a long run of decent posting as we're all too pre-occupied to care about the poor quality of the new shows. I just realised that there's probably no legitimate way to watch these on demand but I've already written the post on my phone so I'm going to post it anyway.

It would be really cool to GRwatch'd all the good Simpsons episodes.

I wouldn't worry too much about implicitly suggesting streaming them - it's not like we'll be posting links or anything, and it's easy enough to find if you want to.

That's good point. Who else is interested? No Homers; we're allowed one.

I would be interested. I haven't watched some of the very early ones in years.

I got up to season 4 earlier in the year. Best show ever.

Totally up for that. Maybe have a chatroom or something if enough people can schedule a time to watch episodes?
