They rarely put up ep names. However, near the end of the credits, the copyright screen with TWENTIETH CENTURY FOX FILM CORPORATION on it, has a episode code such as #3F22 (which is Summer of 4'2"). So if you are after ep names try entering the code + Simpsons into a search engine.

Also get at your TV providor to start supplying ep names and synopsis in the EPG. The lazy strawberry floats.

Why?

I don't get why some people pretend like this folder doesn't exist.

Homer: Alright, these are our new family security rules. Be home before dark, and make sure you're not followed. Lock all doors and windows.

Marge: And don't take candy from strangers.

Homer: Marge! They're only human!

Firestone, you're cut, so is Judge. Namath, you stay. All of those people are cut. Bill Schultz and Wolf and Silverman. Goldreyer, O'Brien, Doyle, Selman. I don't know what you're doing here because you're all cut. Peitila, Bridge, Kuwarahara? There's so many cuts here look I just post 'em up and you just see where your name is. Ooh, look at how many cuts there are there. Oh boy, you're cut - all of you. He's cut, I cut you.

The whole "new insect overlords" bit in Deep Space Homer is incredibly written. The whole narrative he creates from half a second of ant footage.

I paraphrase this and "He's history's greatest monster" almost daily. It's frightening how much The Simpsons has influenced me.
